Elim Pentecostal Churches

Founded in the County of Monaghan, Ireland, in 1915, the Elim Pentecostal Church, the legal name of which is "Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance", grew with amazing rapidity as a result of the great evangelistic crusades of George Jeffreys, its Founder. The Elim Pentecostal Church is part of that unique world-wide Pentecostal Movement which at the beginning of the century numbered a few thousand but now has, including the charismatic movement some 500,000,000 adherents (Annual Statistical Table on Global Mission 1997).  Pentecostal Christians believe that, because of its spontaneous uprising in every country in the world, the Pentecostal Movement is in fulfilment of the Bible prophecies that God would pour out in the last days His Holy Spirit on all mankind.

The Ministers meet together regularly to pray and to plan events together.  There are various United Services that go on through the year as well as several community projects.

We take our part in seeing the area of the Black Country impacted for God. 'Kingdomising' the Church is the driving force behind 'THE NET'; bringing restoration and encouraging a spirit of unity and therefore power.

God is working with us to bring together Ministers (Ministers' Net), Christian Business people (Business Net), young people (Youth Net & Bridge Builders), children (Kidz Net), Women (Women's Net) and covering it all by bringing together the prayer warriors (Prayer Net). We are ploughing with many people to prepare a way for God to move through our area and make a difference.
