Lifegroups

What are lifegroups?

Our small groups are called Life Groups and they are an ideal place to meet people, make friends, find support and use your own gifts to help others.
They reflect the D.N.A. of the wider church by giving people a chance to be discipled, nurtured and see the addition of new people to the group!

Life Groups are not just meetings – they are  community in action!  Being a group member means being committed to 10-14 people – caring for and looking out for one another, building and developing relationships based on trust, openness and honesty, sharing in one another’s lives and the lives of our extended families and friends - and also having fun together!!  This happens when we meet together weekly in a group, but also spend time with one another outside of the group, and come together on Sundays for a celebration.

Who leads Life Groups?

Experienced Christians with a leadership gift are being developed constantly to lead, or assist in leading Life Groups. They in turn are supported by coaches, who help to bring out the best in the leaders and in their groups, so that many people outside of the faith at the moment are able to find God's love for themselves.

How can I join a Life Group?

We can help you find the right group for you! Please ring us or email us to talk to Dan Bennett. He will look at where you live, which days you are free and who you already know in the church, and help match you up with a Life Group.
